If level 1 is a requirement, that is fine, but we were not told at any point that it was. I told her that she said she would put us on the list but she told me she couldn't talk right now and walked away from us.
When I tried to bring up our email chain, she dismissed me and said she didn't know what happened but that she didn't have time to talk to me because she was teaching a class. She said that she wouldn't let us join the class because we hadn't taken Level 1 with her. We said no because we have already done all of the basic command training at home.
Kelly came out and immediately wanted to know if we had done the Level 1 training with her. The staff went to ask Kelly about the reservation. Upon arriving, no one could find us on the roster (no biggie, I thought, because I had the email chain with Kelly).
